Clicking on random links may lead to phishing (pronounced: fishing). This is a form of cybersecurity attack that aims to steal your personal information (e.g., GCash, credit card, and other banking information). Most of the time, cybercriminals pretend to be someone you are familiar with—whether that's your officemate, the CEO, or even friends and family.
Be careful what you click on online. If something is too good to be true, it probably is.
To learn more on how you can protect yourself from cyber threats, we encourage you to join our Cybersecurity Awareness Talk happening on Sept. 24, 2025. Please check your calendar invites for more details.
